Your Privacy Choices
Every setting that controls what is shared about you, and where to change it.
Report visibility
Every report you generate is private by default. A report becomes visible to others only when you mark it public from the report page, and you can switch it back at any time.
Member directory listing
Your profile is hidden until you opt in to the directory from your account portal. When it is on, other Pro members can see your display name, region, focus areas, and bio, and can send you a connection request. Turning it off removes you immediately.
Alerts and email
- Keyword alerts only run for the rules you create, and can be paused or deleted in the alerts tool.
- Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
- Account and billing emails are required while your account is open.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to count page views and feature usage in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or an extension without losing any functionality.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will carry the opt-out control first.
Access and deletion requests
You can request a copy of your data or full deletion at any time through the contact form, from the email address on your account.
